Francis Braam
Managing Broker/ Owner
Francis holds a diploma in Urban Land Economics, a Managing Broker license and is past President of the Royal LePage Brokers Council for British Columbia. He is also a past Director of the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board where he served on the finance committee and headed the Strategic Planning portfolio. Licensed in 1988, he brings a vast level of experience to every facet of the real estate industry.
Wade Webb
Managing Broker/ Owner
Wade is responsible for Sales Associates personal production. Wade had a very successful, thirteen year career as one of the top agents with Royal LePage and is a past Director of the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board. An international speaker, coach and trainer, his knowledge, experience and marketing expertise plays a key role in the continued development and success of Royal LePage Kelowna.
Steve Gray
Managing Broker/ Owner
Steve has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2003 joining the Royal Lepage Kelowna management team in 2006. Prior to Real Estate Steve was a commercial pilot for 13 years, spending his last five years flying for Air Canada Jazz. Steve is a current instructor with BCREA, a past member of both the business ethics panel for OMREB as well as the Royal LePage Canada business advisory council.
Dave Favell
Managing Broker/ Sales Development
Dave was born and raised in Kelowna. A Diamond Award winning REALTOR® who built a team of agents and created many systems to enable an effective and efficient office prior to joining the Management Team in 2010. As a Buffini and Company qualified mentor, Dave is involved with implementing training programs to help agent’s lead balanced lives. One of Dave’s passions is music and he has played guitar at festivals around the world.
Jeremy Bindon
Managing Broker
Jeremy was born in Montreal and grew up in Nova Scotia,
Newfoundland, and Ontario where his family is from.
He became a licensed REALTOR® in 2015 and worked in both a solo and team environment prior to joining the management team in 2021. Prior to Real Estate Jeremy spent 7 years in the Telecommunications industry.
